Artist’s Statement
My love of art began in childhood, inspired in part by my mother, an artist herself. From finger paintings to minoring in sculpture in college, creativity has always been a part of my life. Now, I introduce my daughter to a variety of mediums, and foster her love for art. A matriarchal heirloom of sorts. We create, not for commercial success, but for the joy of bringing ideas and expression to life.
